What we do:

Attend City Council meetings; prepare and maintain official meeting minutes

Maintain official City records such as ordinances, resolutions, contracts, cemetery ownership and burials, and other city documents

Issue various permits and licenses including but not limited to electrical, plumbing and mechanical contractor licenses, garage sale permits, beer and liquor licesnes and itinerant vendor licenses.

Provides processing of payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cashiering and budgeting and accounting services for all City departments.

Our offices are located in the City Hall located at 108 North Broadway, and office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 Monday through Friday.  Our phone number (918)486-2189.
