Court is held at the D.A.V. building at 216 S. Broadway each Thursday with the exception of April 8, 2010, November 11. 2010, November 25, 2010 and December 24, 2010.

Court time: 2:30 p.m. for adults and 3:30 p.m. for juveniles. Fines may be paid anytime before the court date, if not paid by the court date you must appear in court on the date that is on your ticket.

You may mail your payments to City of Coweta, P.O. Box 850, Coweta, OK 74429, or you may make payments in person at City Hall at 114 S. Broadway.

Payments may be made with personal check, money order or if paying in person we also accept cash.

If you fail to appear in court or to pay your fines, a warrant will be issued and a $100.00 failure to appear charge will be add to your fines, warrants can only be paid with cash or money order.

If you have any trouble reading any information on your ticket, it is your responsibility to call City Hall as soon as possible to clarify date, time, place, etc.

Victims' Impact Panel of Oklahoma, Inc. will be having sessions on the 3rd Monday of every other month at the Wagoner county Courthouse.
