Officials with the City of Coweta are pleased to announce the Armed Forces Reserve Center and the Navy Operational Support Center as the newest partners in the “Adopt-A-Mile” beautification program in the community.
“Adopt-A-Mile” allows local individuals, civic groups, businesses or others to select a portion of highway right-of-way in the community and commit to helping keep the area clean of litter.

The Navy Operational Support Center have volunteered to clean up along State Highway 51 from 111th Street to 121st Street and the Armed Forces Reserve Center have volunteered to maintain 111th Street from State Highway 51 to 273rd East Avenue.
