DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON THE ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION 2022-11, A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COWETA, OKLAHOMA ACCEPTING AS DEDICATED PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS CERTAIN PAVING, GRADING, SANITARY SEWER AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS AS SHOWN ON THE FINAL PLAT FOR THE WYNSTONE PHASE II SUBDIVISION LOCATED WITHIN SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 18 NORTH, RANGE 15 EAST OF THE INDIAN BASE AND MERIDIAN, WAGONER COUNTY, STATE OF OKLAHOMA. DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON THE ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE 861, AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COWETA, OKLAHOMA PROVIDING FOR AND DECLARING THE CLOSING AND VACATION TO PUBLIC USE OF A FIFTEEN (15) FOOT WIDE PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT, SEVEN AND A HALF (7.5) FEET ON EACH SIDE OF A CENTERLINE, THAT IS PART OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER (NW/4) OF SECTION THIRTY-SIX (36), TOWNSHIP EIGHTEEN (18) NORTH, RANGE FIFTEEN (15) EAST OF THE INDIAN MERIDIAN, WAGONER COUNTY, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, ACCORDING TO THE U.S. GOVERNMENT SURVEY THEREOF, SAID CENTERLINE BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREINAFTER, AND RETAINING THE RIGHTS OF ANY HOLDER OF A FRANCHISE OR OTHERS DETERMINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY TO HAVE A SPECIAL RIGHT OR PRIVILEGE GRANTED BY ORDINANCE OR LEGISLATIVE ENACTMENT TO MAINTAIN THEIR EXISTING UTILITIES, AND RETAINING THE ABSOLUTE RIGHT TO REOPEN THE EASEMENT WITHOUT EXPENSE TO THE MUNICIPALITY, PROVIDING FOR REPEALER, SEVERABILITY AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION TO AWARD A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT TO INSIGHT CONSULTING RELATED TO THE TARGETED OPPORTUNITIES PROGRAM GRANT THROUGH THE OKLAHOMA DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS RELATED THERETO. (ROGER KOLMAN, CITY MANAGER)

AWARD OF BID VILLAGE SUBDIVISION WATERLINES

DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION TO AWARD A BID FOR CONSTRUCTION TO STRONGHAND, LLC RELATED TO A CDBG PROJECT FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF WATERLINES IN THE VILLAGE SUBDIVISION IN THE AMOUNT OF $561,538.65. (ROGER KOLMAN, CITY MANAGER)

PURCHASE OF FIRE STAFF VEHICLE

DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON THE APPROVAL OF THE PURCHASE OF A 2022 FORD F150 FIRE VEHICLE FROM JOHN VANCE FLEET SERVICES UTILIZING THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA PURCHASING CONTRACT SW035, AND ADDITIONAL GRAPHICS AND EQUIPMENT, AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED FORTY-FIVE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED TWENTY DOLLARS ($45,820).
